Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and fair process for all our users.
Note: Under this policy, the following conditions apply for cancellations and refunds.
- Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order.
- Shipping Status: Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers / merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at your doorstep.
- Perishable Items: Theertha Ai Services does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report this to our customer service team within 15 days of receipt. The request will be processed once the merchant has verified the defect at their end.
- Expectation Mismatch: If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
- Manufacturer Warranty: For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer.
- Refund Processing: In case of any refunds approved by Theertha Ai Services, it will take 30 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to you.
